Working Photos is a young company based in Melbourne Australia.

Martin Wurt, Director of Working Photos, has more than 15 years experience in the photographic industry as a photographer and photo management specialist. With this rare combination of skills, Martin is uniquely placed to provide expert advice on both the front and back ends of photography.

Martin has managed photo collections for a diverse range of organisations, most recently for aid and development agency Oxfam Australia where he managed the international photo and video collection.

In this role he was responsible for image gathering, photo selection and collection management creating a strong visual identity for the agency. Oxfam's brand is now recognised for its positive imagery with photographs that convey the development story with dignity and portray people with respect.

Martin also completed numerous overseas assignments for the agency as a photographer, story gatherer and videographer. A selection of his photographic work can be seen in the image gallery.
