2019 year in review
2019 has been another rewarding year working with clients, new and familiar. We feel privileged to count so many amazing organisations, who are doing such great work with people and the environment, as our clients.
Highlights of our year include:
- January: filming in a number of locations for Melbourne University's Centre for Cancer Research's We Can Project
- February: content gathering in Melbourne for Deakin University's Centre for Humanitarian Leadership Program, created a number for training videos for the Beacon Foundation, filmed Down syndrome Victoria's annual conference, commenced editing the We Can Project
- March: content gathering in Indonesia with Deakin University's Centre for Humanitarian Leadership, photographed the Brotherhood of St Laurence winter appeal collateral and produced 4 videos showcasing their volunteers, continued editing the We Can Project
- April: produced videos for the PanSupport Project for Melbourne University, event photography for the School of Engineering Melbourne University, produced a training video for PANDA
- May: Launch of the We Can project for Melbourne University, photographed Brotherhood of St Laurence's biennial volunteer event at Melbourne Town Hall
- June/July: Film making working shop in Norway followed by a much needed holiday, Annual report photography for the Brotherhood of St Laurence
- September: event photography for the School of Engineering Melbourne University, produced a training video for PANDA
- August - CEO photography shoot for the Responsible Investment Association Australasia
- October: filming and editing for PANDA's workplace videos on perinatal mental illness, Affordable housing photos and video for City of Melbourne, event photography for the School of Engineering Melbourne University, event photography for Legacy, photography shoot for Clear Horizon's new website
- November: annual report photography for the Brotherhood of St Laurence, event photography for Legacy, Brotherhood of St Laurence Annual Report video featuring their CEO, content gathering in Melbourne for Deakin University's Centre for Humanitarian Leadership Program, staff portraits for Clear Horizon, editing PANDA's workplace videos,
- December: photography for Clear Horizon, editing PANDA's workplace videos, photographed Brotherhood of St Laurence's new store opening.
- Throughout the year, ongoing hosting and support of photo database systems for Pew Trusts, Australian Conservation Foundation, Victorian National Parks Association and Australian Volunteers International.

Melbourne University - WeCan is an Australian supportive care website to help people affected by cancer find the information, resources and support services they may need following a diagnosis of cancer. Brotherhood of St Laurence holds a biennial lunch as a thank you to the hundreds of volunteers who support their work. This years event was a garden themed sit down lunch at Melbourne Town Hall. PanSupport is an initiative of Melbourne University and has been designed by people living with pancreatic cancer for people who are living with pancreatic cancer. Chris was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2013. With a positive outlook and a focus on the things that are important she copes well with living with this disease. Find out more here. |
PANDA - Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia supports women, men and families across Australia affected by anxiety and depression during pregnancy and in the first year of parenthood. We produced four videos to support people returning to work. Find out more here. |
